Registrations must be received in writing – Clients must send us a signed registration form or alternatively use the online registration system on our website. Upon the receipt of a signed booking contract, payment must be received immediately via credit/debit card or otherwise by bank transfer within 7 days of the invoice date. The registration includes lunches, refreshments and detailed conference materials. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation.
Delegate fees must be paid in full before the commencement of an event. Failure to do so will result in refusal of entry to conference sessions. Registrations received within a fortnight before the conference dates have to be paid by credit/debit card.

All cancellations must be received in writing from the client no less than three weeks before the event dates. Verbal cancellation is not held to account and the cancellation shall only be held effective from the day of receipt of written cancellation.
Alternative attendees are welcomed up to 24 hours preceding the event – in the events that one is not possible – a credit note will be issued for other future events organized by Global Network Forums Ltd (credit notes are valid for twelve months). If we are not notified in writing of a client’s cancellation, we regard it as a breach of contract and as such, we reserve the right to refuse the credit note.
Event Program Modifications
Global Network Forums also reserves the right to make changes to its events i.e. speakers, location and timing. In rare instances whereby an event has to be cancelled by us, the Client shall not receive a refund of the fee amount paid. If for whatever reason the event is postponed or the dates are shifted, Global Network Forums will not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by Clients in association with their participation – i.e. travel, accommodation or any other costs.
The personal information provided by you will be held on a database and sometimes your details may be made available to external companies for marketing purposes.

When will I receive my event material?
Your conference handouts will be distributed on the first morning of the conference (unless otherwise stated in the event program).

Are the meals included?

What about accommodation?
The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Details of the accommodation options are also included within the conference information, and will be announced before the event is been held. To take advantage of our corporate accommodation rate, please quote you are attending an Global Network Forums event when making your reservation.
What should I wear?
The dress code at the event is business casual. The speakers usually come in business attire.
